| Wut
(Attawut Wanichapunwat) was born in Bangkok,
Thailand in 1965. After completing high school
and college, Wut studied at Ramkhamhaeng
University, graduating in 1988. He then put his
art education to use working in various
advertising and product design positions for
several multinational corporations such as Canon,
Thai Life Insurance and Philip Morris. In the
last few years, Wut has held several solo
exhibitions around Bangkok, as well as
participating in a joint exhibition at the
Sukhothai Hotel. "Through art, I aim to tell a story, an inner meaning, and to take people on a journey", says Woody; "I like balance and perfection in my painting, while allowing room for the viewer to gain a unique and individual perspective. I also hope that my artwork can begin it's own journey in peoples' lives, bringing happiness to all who come into contact with it." |
